Christmas Eve wafer is a symbol of reconciliation and forgiveness in the Polish tradition. Sharing the wafer symbolizes the passing on of the gift of love, brotherhood and friendship.
Traditionally, the sharing of the wafer begins the Christmas Eve supper and is preceded by a common prayer among all participants.
Christmas Eve wafers are traditionally made from white wheat flour with the addition of water. Do not contain yeast.
We also offer low gluten wafers.
Large Christmas Eve wafers are available in 155x85mm size, while small ones are available in 100x62 size.
The set of wafers is packaged in an elegant sealed foil package and decorated with an occasional picture.
